Legacy Leash is an emergency and end-of-life pet care planning program designed to ensure that beloved companion animals are never left without a plan. With a special focus on seniors and vulnerable populations, Legacy Leash offers a simple, secure way for pet owners to document their emergency care instructions, assign temporary and permanent guardians, and, if needed, surrender their pet for adoption with dignity and compassion. By planning ahead, we reduce the heartbreak, stress, and split-second decisions that happen during a crisis.
